O'Donnell Moonshine WILDE BEERE liqueur is a fruity berry liqueur that combines the flavours of raspberries, blackberries and grapes. The recipe is designed to bring out the naturally sweet character of the berries and contains no artificial flavours or colourings. Furthermore, Wilde Beere is vegan. With an alcohol content of 25 per cent, the liqueur combines intense fruitiness with a base that is comparatively robust for this category, making it suitable both for enjoying neat and for mixing into a variety of drinks. In terms of flavour, the creation is inspired by ripe garden berries, bringing a summery character to the O'Donnell Moonshine range.

In keeping with O'Donnell Moonshine’s tradition, ‘Wilde Beere’ is not bottled in a classic spirits bottle, but in a distinctive Mason jar. The shape of the jar draws on the history of American moonshine and the Prohibition era in the USA, when spirits were often transported and stored in inconspicuous preserving jars. The 0.7-litre Mason jar combines this historical inspiration with a modern liqueur creation.
