Colour: Deep amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Rich aromas of dark caramel, dark fruits, oak and subtle spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, which are perfectly brought out by ageing in oak casks.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with a harmonious blend of caramel, dried fruits such as raisins and plums, oaky spice and a hint of vanilla. The ageing process lends a complexity and depth that make the rum velvety and elegant.

Finish: Lang and pleasant, with a gentle oak note and a slightly sweet aftertaste of caramel and coffee, which perfectly rounds off the flavour.
