Tasting Note

Colour: Bright gold.

Nose: Fresh green apples, citrus fruits and honey, accompanied by a fine maltiness and a hint of vanilla.

Flavour: Soft and balanced with sweet notes of caramel, ripe pear and vanilla, complemented by a light spicy note of cinnamon and nutmeg. The cask maturation brings out subtle oak tones and a gentle nuttiness.

Finish: Medium to long, pleasantly warming with honey, fine wood notes and a hint of almonds.
