The Glenmorangie Distillery, founded in 1843 in the Scottish Highlands near Tain, is famous for its exquisite single malt Scotch whiskies. These are distilled in Scotland’s tallest stills, resulting in a particularly fine and mellow spirit. Glenmorangie is renowned for its innovative cask-finishing technique, which involves maturing whiskies in various types of casks, such as port, sherry and wine casks, giving them a unique depth of flavour.

Glenmorangie Nectar d’Or is first matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, giving it a solid foundation with classic notes of vanilla and honey. It is then matured for a further two years in hand-selected wine casks from the French region of Sauternes, an area renowned for its sweet white wines.
