Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Biologico DOC Brut 11% vol. in a 0.75 litre bottle is a fresh and elegantly sparkling organic Prosecco from Italy that combines sustainable viticulture with the classic style of a high-quality Prosecco DOC. Produced by the renowned Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Italian organic sparkling wine comes from organically farmed vineyards within the famous Prosecco DOC region. The 100% Glera grape variety gives this Prosecco Biologico its fine fruitiness, floral nuances and typically lively freshness.


The vineyards grow on medium to alluvial soils and are cultivated according to organic guidelines, which emphasises the terroir and the natural aromas of the grapes with particular precision. The vineyards are cultivated using a single trellis, double arch and radial training system with around 2,300 vines per hectare. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in order to optimally preserve the fine fruit and floral aromas. The second fermentation also takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16 °C, resulting in the elegant perlage and harmonious structure of this organic Prosecco DOC. At 11% vol., Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Biologico DOC Brut is fresh, dry and particularly lively.

Tasting Note

Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Biologico DOC Brut is light straw yellow in colour with a fine and lively perlage. The nose reveals floral and fruity aromas with fine citrus notes and fresh elegance. On the palate, the organic Prosecco made from Glera grapes is fresh, harmonious and dry, with a lively structure, fine fruit and elegant perlage. The finish is clear, lively and pleasantly long-lasting.
