The Villa Sandi winery, situated in the heart of the Prosecco region of Veneto, Italy, is a renowned winery known for its high-quality sparkling and still wines. The grapes for Villa Sandi Nero Prosecco come from the hilly vineyards of Veneto, renowned for their limestone soils and ideal microclimate. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where fermentation and subsequent ageing on the fine lees take place.

Tasting Note

A very pale straw-yellow colour with fine bubbles in the glass. On the nose, fruity notes with hints of Granny Smith apples. Pleasant and elegant on the palate, with notes of acacia blossom. A long-lasting, harmonious and slightly sweet finish.

Serving temperature: 6–8 °C

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to marinated fish.
