Whitley Neill PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN 43% is a fruit-forward English gin featuring pink grapefruit, whose recipe was inspired by the sun-drenched citrus groves of Spain. The Whitley Neill brand was founded in 2005 by Johnny Neill, who represents the eighth generation of a family of distillers whose roots date back to 1762. The gin is distilled at the City of London Distillery in London. The botanical base consists of juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root and liquorice root. These classic gin botanicals are complemented by sweet orange, lemon peel, grapefruit peel and pink grapefruit extract, giving the citrus fruit a distinctly recognisable focus.

With an alcohol content of 43 per cent, Whitley Neill Pink Grapefruit Gin has sufficient body to balance the intense citrus aromas with juniper and spicy botanicals. A defining feature is the interplay between the delicate sweetness of ripe grapefruit and its characteristic tart, fresh citrus note. Whitley Neill PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN is particularly well suited to a refreshing gin and tonic with dry or classic tonic water and plenty of ice. A slice of pink grapefruit or a twist of grapefruit zest makes a particularly good garnish. Its fruity, tangy character also comes into its own in a Gin Fizz, Collins or in summery cocktails with soda and citrus fruits.
