Cenote Tequila Añejo is an ultra-premium tequila made from 100% Weber Blue Agave, synonymous with exceptional quality, tradition and craftsmanship. Inspired by Mexico’s fascinating cenotes – the natural swimming caves with crystal-clear fresh water that were revered as sacred sites by the Maya – this tequila combines purity, elegance and a deep connection to nature.

This Añejo tequila undergoes a meticulous double pot-still distillation, ensuring exceptional purity and a balanced flavour profile. It is then aged for three weeks in American oak casks – a comparatively short but effective ageing period that lends it a velvety texture and complex flavour nuances. This ageing process enhances the agave’s natural sweetness and complements it with subtle notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted wood.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold with amber highlights.

Nose: An intense aroma of sweet agave, underpinned by vanilla, oak and a hint of spices.
