Havana Club Edición Profesional D is an exclusive rum from the renowned Cuban Havana Club distillery. The Havana Club brand was launched in 1878 and, within a generation, became synonymous with the art of Cuban distilling. The Edición Profesional D was developed specifically in collaboration with professional bartenders to create a product suitable both for drinking neat and for sophisticated cocktails. This rum is made using ‘aguardiente’ – the Spanish or Portuguese term for spirits with an alcohol content of 40 to 45 per cent by volume – as well as rums that have been aged for longer periods. The aim of the Havana Club Edición Profesional D is to bring together Cuba and the unique flavour of sugar cane in a single rum.
