This young but characterful Blair Athol single malt was distilled in 2014 and matured for 5 years in a single cask before being bottled at 46% ABV – without chill filtration or colouring, to preserve its natural range of flavours and depth. The Blair Athol Distillery, situated in the Scottish Highlands, is renowned for its malty, fruity and slightly spicy whiskies, which are often matured in sherry casks.

Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Fresh apples, honey, vanilla, a hint of malt and delicate spices.

Palate: Lively and sweet, with notes of caramel, pears, toasted almonds, light oak and subtle citrus accents.

Finish: Medium-length, smooth and pleasantly spicy with hints of malt, honey and oak.
