Bumbu The Original Spiced Rum is an authentic spiced rum based on an original recipe from the 16th and 17th centuries. Back then, sailors from the West Indies mixed Caribbean ingredients and gave the drink the name Bumbu, which perfectly reflects the tropical history of this rum. Today, Bumbu is still made with Caribbean spices and without artificial colouring, making it an authentic revival of Caribbean tradition.

This spiced rum is characterised by a rich variety of flavours, combining the sweetness of caramel and vanilla with a spicy complexity of cinnamon, cloves and other exotic spices. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe banana and citrus fruits, accompanied by a warm caramel and vanilla note and a subtle spice of cinnamon and cloves.

Flavour: Full-bodied and smooth, with intense notes of caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and a slightly spicy depth that is perfectly rounded off by Caribbean spices.

Finish: Langs and warm, with a gentle and sweet aftertaste of cinnamon and caramel that lingers pleasantly in the mouth.
