Bell's Original is a Scotch whisky whose story begins in the middle of the 19th century when Arthur Bell, a Perthshire businessman, started his whisky blending business. At the end of the 19th century, he and his sons founded the company Arthur Bell & Sons, which later released the first blend under the Bell's brand. After Arthur Bell's death, his sons continued the company and acquired the Blair Athol and Inchgower distilleries.

Bell's Original is currently a product of the Diageo Group and is based on a combination of around 40 different whiskies from renowned distilleries, with a significant proportion of malt from Blair Athol. Other distilleries involved include Caol Ila, Glenkinchie and Inchgower, which gives Bell's Original its unique and complex flavour.

Flavour: Soft, barley, cereals, notes of oils, hints of wood, spices.

Finish: Langs, notes of fruit cake, smoke.
