Caselli Nocino Liquore Artigianale is a traditional Italian walnut liqueur produced in the Emilia-Romagna region according to an old family recipe. The basis of this fine liqueur is a natural infusion of fresh green walnut husks (malli di noce), harvested at the optimum time in summer, when their aroma and essential oil content are at their most intense. The careful production process is carried out by hand (artigianale) to preserve the natural flavours and the characteristic depth of the Nocino.


After the walnuts have been macerated in alcohol, the liqueur is left to mature for several months, during which time it develops its typically intense dark colour and a harmonious balance of robust walnut flavour, a slight bitterness, a sweet roundness and subtle spicy notes. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., Caselli Nocino is full-bodied, complex and elegant – a liqueur that combines craftsmanship, tradition and flavour in an unrivalled way.

Colour: Deep dark brown with a mahogany sheen.
