The 1919 Premium Gold Rum consists of a balanced blend of rums that have been matured for years in selected oak casks, giving it its remarkable depth and complexity. Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber with a slight sheen.

Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla and tropical fruits, accompanied by subtle notes of oak and spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and harmonious, with notes of dried fruit, cinnamon and a pleasant spiciness that blend perfectly with the oak and caramel notes.

Finish: Lang and warm, with a gentle oaky finish and a slight sweetness that fades elegantly.

Angostura 1919 is excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks to intensify the flavours. It pairs perfectly with mature cheeses such as Comté or Gouda and harmonises wonderfully with dark chocolate or fruity desserts such as apple tart or cheesecake. This rum also allows its flavours to shine brilliantly when served with grilled meat or BBQ dishes.
