Nardini Grappa EXTRAFINA is a classic white grappa from Italy, reflecting more than two centuries of experience and tradition in the art of distillation at Bortolo Nardini. For the Extrafina, the master distillers select particularly smooth and aromatic grappas made from pomace from various vineyards and blend them to create a well-balanced mix. In the production process, Nardini combines two different methods: the individual grappas are obtained using both batch vacuum distillation and continuous column distillation. This combination allows the different characteristics of the distillates to be brought together and forms the basis for the elegant and harmonious style of the Extrafina.
