Nardini Grappa EXTRAFINA is a classic white grappa from Italy, reflecting more than two centuries of experience and tradition in the art of distillation at Bortolo Nardini. For the Extrafina, the master distillers select particularly smooth and aromatic grappas made from pomace from various vineyards and blend them to create a well-balanced blend. In the production process, Nardini combines two different methods: the individual grappas are produced using both batch vacuum distillation and continuous column distillation. This combination allows the different characteristics of the distillates to be brought together and forms the basis for the elegant and harmonious style of the Extrafina.


As a white, non-cask-aged grappa, the Nardini Extrafina focuses on the original aromas of the selected pomace distillates. It is characterised in particular by floral and fruity nuances, which lend this clear grappa its delicate yet expressive character.
