The Wachau, a romantic valley along the Danube between Melk and Krems, lies some 80 km west of Vienna and has been a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site since 2000. Thanks to its unique climate and distinctive soil conditions, the Wachau is famous for its wine and fruit cultivation. Alongside the characteristic stone terraces, apricot orchards in particular shape the picturesque landscape. All products from the Wachau are homemade using traditional craftsmanship.

Markus Wieser’s passion for high-quality whisky gave rise to the WIESky single malt range. WIESky Pinot Noir is matured in oak casks that previously contained Austrian Pinot Noir wine, giving it its unique aromas and a complex, balanced texture.

Wieser’s products are characterised by the highest quality, traditional craftsmanship and a passion for perfection, making them a true delight for connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.
