The base is a blended Irish whiskey made from malt and grain whiskey, which is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks. It is then given a special finish in Imperial Stout beer casks, which lend it exceptional depth and new flavour nuances. The combination of whisky and craft beer creates an intriguing interplay of flavours, featuring sweet maltiness, toasted notes, dark chocolate and a creamy richness. Palate: Creamy and round, characterised by chocolate, caramel, malt, vanilla and a hint of hoppy bitterness.

Finish: Medium to long, warming, with roasted malt and a sweet, spicy aftertaste.
