El Libertad 8 Years Old Oak Spiced Rum is made from high-quality distilled molasses rum and is matured for eight years in old white oak barrels, which gives it its characteristic depth and complex flavour profile.

This spiced rum is a masterful creation from the Master Blender, combining Dominican rum with 100% natural spices and incorporating surprising flavours from sherry casks. The maturation in white oak barrels and the addition of natural spices result in a harmonious but powerful rum with both complex sweet and spicy notes. El Libertad Chapter III is therefore a true meisterwerk that stands out from other spiced rums thanks to its intense variety of flavours and strong character.
