Weingut Polz, located in the south of Styria in Austria, is characterised by its ideal wine-growing location. Founded in 1896, it enjoys a reputation for producing high-quality wines, favoured by optimal climatic conditions and specific soil characteristics. Under the leadership of the fourth generation, the winery strives to preserve its heritage and continue the family tradition with a strong focus on sustainability. The Polz Brut Blanc is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The Méthode Traditionelle, a method of bottle fermentation, is used for vinification. This process contributes significantly to the quality and flavour profile of the wine. The Brut Blanc reflects the terroir of southern Styria and offers an authentic first impression of this wine region. The bottle is sealed with a natural cork.

Tasting Note

Brilliant green-yellow in the glass. Very fine aromas of brioche on the nose and palate, delicately spicy and juicy. Long-lasting finish.
