Yuzu, a citrus fruit grown in Japan, may resemble a lemon at first glance, but it is characterised by its intense fragrance, unique herbal notes, a mild bitterness and a gentler tartness. This special gin, produced in Kagoshima in the shadow of the impressive Sakurajima volcano, is based on traditional Japanese shochu. By redistilling the high-quality shochu, a gin of exceptional smoothness and a wonderfully soft mouthfeel is created, which delights connoisseurs.
