The Bombay Sapphire Distillery is located in picturesque Langsstoke Miller in Hampshire, England, and has a long history dating back to 1761. The historic mill on the River Test was converted into a modern distillation centre in 2014 and is now home to the world-famous Bombay Sapphire Gin. The distillery has won several awards for its environmentally friendly production and is also a popular destination for visitors who want to experience the art of gin distillation up close.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset Special Edition is a limited edition gin that captures the magic of sunset in a bottle. This exclusive edition builds on the classic Bombay Sapphire recipe and is enhanced with three additional botanicals: turmeric, Indian white cardamom and golden mandarin. These exotic ingredients give the gin warm, spicy notes that harmonise perfectly with the traditional flavours of juniper, citrus peel and other botanicals.

The gin is distilled as usual using the vapour infusion method, which gives it its unmistakable smoothness and complexity.
