Knob Creek is part of Jim Beam’s long-established Small Batch Bourbon Collection and is one of the best-known bottlings in this range. The brand is named after Knob Creek, a stream in Kentucky. A classic, maize-dominated grain blend is used for this bourbon. After distillation, the whisky spends nine years in new, charred American oak casks. This means its maturation period is significantly longer than the legal minimum requirement for Straight Bourbon, giving the spirit ample time to interact intensively with the cask wood.
