HimPerle Frizzante is a refreshing, fruity sparkling wine made from 100 per cent Styrian raspberries. The company smile-fruit specialises in growing these aromatic berries, which thrive under ideal conditions in Puch bei Weiz and are harvested from June to October. Careful processing of the freshly ripened fruit results in a frizzante that delights with its natural sweetness and lively acidity. Honeybees, wild bees and bumblebees play an essential role in pollinating the raspberry bushes, naturally enhancing the quality and intense aroma of the fruit.

With an alcohol content of 8% vol., HimPerle Frizzante offers a lightly sparkling treat that is delightful both on its own and as a base for summer aperitifs. The fine bubbles emphasise the freshness of the raspberries and lend the drink an elegant effervescence. In addition to the raspberry frizzante, smile-fruit also produces raspberry nectar, raspberry brandy and raspberry purée, all of which are made from regional berries.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the HimPerle Frizzante glows with a vibrant raspberry hue and fine bubbles. On the nose, a seductive bouquet of ripe raspberries unfolds, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus. On the palate, there is a harmonious balance between fresh fruitiness, pleasant acidity and a delicate sweetness. The finish is light, playful and wonderfully refreshing, with a lingering raspberry aroma.
