The White Heather brand has a long tradition and stands for craftsmanship and an exceptional selection of casks.

The base of this blend consists largely of Speyside, Highland and Islay malts, which are initially matured in American oak casks, sherry casks and bourbon barrels. Following the initial maturation phase, the individual whiskies are masterfully blended and given a further finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, Oloroso sherry casks and fresh Appalachian virgin oak casks. This elaborate maturation process lends the White Heather 21 Years its remarkable depth and complexity.

With an alcohol content of 48% ABV, this whisky is bottled in its natural colour and without chill filtration to preserve its full aroma.
