The family-run business was founded as early as 1898 and is one of Italy’s most renowned distilleries, known for its high-quality grappas and speciality liqueurs. With the Elisir Prugna, Poli presents a liqueur that combines the sweet fruitiness of ripe plums with the brand’s characteristic elegance.


It is produced using carefully selected plums, whose flavours are captured through gentle processing.
