Poli Grappa Cleopatra Amarone Oro is a particularly elegant and aromatic grappa from Italy, produced from the fine pomace of Amarone grapes. Produced by the renowned Poli distillery, which has been synonymous with excellence in distillation since 1898, this grappa combines tradition with modern technology. It is distilled from the pomace of the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties – the typical grapes of Amarone della Valpolicella – which gives it an exceptional depth of flavour.

The distillation process utilises an innovative vacuum distillation method, which is particularly gentle and optimally preserves the delicate aromas. After distillation, the grappa is aged in small oak casks, allowing it to develop a smooth, harmonious structure with pleasant notes of vanilla and wood. Tasting Note

Colour: Golden yellow with amber highlights.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and elegant with fruity and spicy nuances.

This fine grappa reveals its full aroma best when enjoyed neat at a slightly chilled temperature of 16–18 °C in a tulip glass. It pairs superbly with dark chocolate, nuts or a piece of mature cheese.
