Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

"Dulce de leche", also known as "milk jam", is a traditional South American cream made from milk and sugar. Both dulce de leche and toffee are characterised by their distinctive aroma, softness and creaminess. These characteristics can also be found in Crema di Caramello e Grappa, which is made from carefully selected ingredients to perfectly recreate the flavours of the classic sweets that inspired it.

Tasting Note

Colour: Creamy light caramel brown.

Nose: Intense notes of cooked milk, toffee.

Flavour: Soft, sweet, intense, strong.

Finish: Langs on the palate.

Best enjoyed chilled - ideal for cocktails and with panna cotta, biscuits or ice cream.
