Tasting Note

Colour: Deep mahogany with coppery highlights.

Nose: Smoky notes dominate, accompanied by sweet caramel and vanilla aromas, as well as a hint of toasted wood.

Palate: Intense and full-bodied with a harmonious balance of smoke, dark chocolate, caramel and a slight hint of pepper. The rum’s delicate sweetness remains present, but is complemented by spicy and earthy nuances.

Finish: Long and complex with lingering smoke, subtle oak spice and a hint of coffee.

Black Smoke Rum-Based Spirit is perfect for enjoying neat, ideally at room temperature or with a drop of water to allow the flavours to unfold even better. For cocktail lovers, it offers an exciting base for smoky variations on classic drinks – for example, in a Smoky Old Fashioned, a smoky rum sour variation or a robust Black Smoke Manhattan. Its intense character also comes into its own when paired with dark chocolate or grilled meat. An extraordinary treat for anyone who loves smoky flavours!
