Berta Elisi per l'Ambiente grappa is produced using the traditional discontinuous distillation process in copper stills with steam heating. This matured grappa from Piedmont then matures for around three years in wooden barrels, allowing it to develop its harmonious structure and fine barrel notes. This maturation gives the Grappa Invecchiata a balance of fruit, mild flavour and elegant wood notes. With an alcohol content of 43%, this premium grappa from Berta is soft, complex and particularly harmonious.
