Pfau Brand Vogelbeere is an outstanding fine spirit that epitomises the finest art of distillation and uncompromising quality. Produced by the renowned Pfau distillery, which was founded in 1987, the company has developed under the leadership of Valentin Latschen from a small cellar distillery into a quality distillery renowned throughout Europe. Since 2012, the Schlumberger Wine and Sparkling Wine Cellar has held a stake in the distillery, which underlines the high regard in which these fine spirits are held and their excellent reputation.

The traditional ‘Rauh’ and ‘Feinbrand’ distillation methods are used in copper stills, resulting in a particularly pure and intensely aromatic spirit. The rowan berry is a challenging fruit to distil, as its natural tannins require special processing. The labour-intensive production process lends the Pfau Brand rowan berry an impressive depth and a multi-faceted flavour.
