Villa Conchi Cava Brut Selección is a premium, dry sparkling wine from Spain that masterfully embodies the art of traditional Cava production. This exclusive Cava comes from the renowned Penedés region, which is known for its ideal location and perfect climatic conditions for Cava production. The cuvée of this Cava consists of a harmonious blend of 30% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo, 30% Parellada and 10% Chardonnay, which lend it its freshness, aromatic diversity and complexity.

This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional Méthode Traditionnelle, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. This ensures a fine perlage and a delicate, creamy texture. After maturing on the lees, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork to optimally preserve its freshness and aromas.

Tasting Note

A bright, brilliant yellow with persistent bubbles in the glass. On the nose, a fresh, fruity bouquet with aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and peaches, complemented by floral notes and a hint of yeast. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and well-structured, with pleasant acidity and delicate fruity nuances. The finish is long-lasting and harmonious.
