The cuvée is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Glera, the grapes for which come from selected vineyards in Veneto and Lombardy. The climatic conditions in these regions promote the development of intense aromas and a balanced acidity profile. Following a careful harvest, the white wine is vinified using gentle pressing. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat-Lungo method, with the Pinot Noir in particular benefiting from extended yeast ageing. This lends this Italian Spumante Brut complexity, elegance and finesse. The result is a versatile sparkling wine with a harmonious character, fine bubbles and remarkable freshness.
