The grapes for this Pinot Rosé Brut are harvested from late August to early September – a time that allows the perfect harmony between sugar ripeness and acidity to be preserved. Following gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to achieve a particularly fine, even perlage. The wine is then aged on the fine lees, which enhances its finesse and aromatic depth. With an alcohol content of 11% by volume, the Le Contesse Spumante Pinot Rosé is an elegant, modern sparkling wine that delights with its balance and lightness.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Le Contesse Pinot Rosé Brut displays a delicate rosé hue, accompanied by a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, fruity notes of wild berries – particularly raspberries and strawberries – unfold, complemented by a hint of rose petals and tropical fruits. On the palate, this sparkling wine is harmonious, fresh and well-balanced, with a lively structure, delicate fruit and a pleasantly dry finish.
