Inicio Tequila Reposado 100% Agave Azul – Bisonte is a fine tequila produced to the highest quality standards. The Partida Hermosillo family has a long tradition of tequila production, which has been upheld for three generations. For them, hard work, passion and honesty are the cornerstones of their success. Their distillery is situated just 25 kilometres from the town of Tequila – the birthplace of this world-famous Mexican drink. Here, Inicio Tequila is produced with the utmost care and manufactured under the daily supervision of the Council Regulator of Tequila (CRT).

This Reposado tequila is distilled exclusively from 100 per cent blue Weber agave and is then aged for nine months in French oak casks. This special ageing process gives it a remarkable smoothness and depth, with gentle notes of vanilla and caramel accompanied by a hint of spice. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it offers a perfectly balanced taste experience that appeals to connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.

The name ‘Bisonte’, Spanish for bison, symbolises strength, wealth and reverence – values that were also associated with this majestic animal in ancient cultures. The Inicio bison on the bottle embodies the mystique of a genuine, authentic tequila.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold with subtle amber highlights.

Nose: Delicate aromas of sweet agave, vanilla and toasted wood, accompanied by caramel and a hint of cinnamon.

Palate: Smooth and complex, with notes of honey, ripe fruit, almonds and a pleasant spiciness.

Finish: Long and harmonious with soft woody and spicy notes, as well as a hint of sweet smoke.

This Reposado tequila is ideal for enjoying neat at room temperature, allowing its delicate aromas to unfold to their fullest. It pairs superbly with grilled meat, spicy tacos or mature cheese. For cocktail lovers, it is the perfect base for an elegant Tequila Old Fashioned or a sophisticated Margarita Reposado, where the barrel ageing complements its character beautifully.
