Naga Java Reserve Double Cask Aged is an exquisite premium rum, produced on the Indonesian island of Java using traditional Asian techniques. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., this special rum impresses with its complex aroma, which is created through the slow fermentation of molasses in combination with malted Indonesian red rice yeast.

Distillation involves blending two distillates, using both pot still and column still methods. The double cask maturation makes this rum particularly unique: it is first matured in Jati oak casks (teak), which lend it a spicy, exotic depth. It is then finished in ex-bourbon casks, which impart soft vanilla and caramel notes. This combination of traditional and modern techniques gives the Naga Java Reserve an exceptional balance between sweet, spicy and fruity nuances.
