Sierra Tequila Antiguo Plata is a high-quality premium tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. and bottled in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle, this tequila epitomises quality, tradition and craftsmanship. It is produced at the renowned Destilerías Sierra Unidas distillery in Mexico, which is renowned for its decades of experience in tequila production.

The term ‘Antiguo’ (Spanish for ‘old’ or ‘traditional’) indicates that this tequila is produced using tried-and-tested, centuries-old methods. The agave used comes from the sun-drenched highland regions of Jalisco, where it grows under optimal conditions and is carefully processed after harvest. Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, giving the tequila its purity and complex flavours.

As a Plata tequila, this Sierra Antiguo is not aged in wooden casks but is bottled immediately after distillation. This preserves the pure, fresh flavour of the agave and brings out its floral and slightly spicy notes with particular intensity.
