The Polz Winery, situated in Southern Styria, Austria, is distinguished by its ideal location for winegrowing. Polz Sekt GM is produced exclusively from Gelber Muskateller grapes, which express the South Styrian terroir in its purest form. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the characteristic aromas and freshness of the Muscat. After careful maturation, this finely sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.

Tasting Note

A pale greenish-yellow colour in the glass. Very promising on the nose, with notes of ripe grapes, delicate herbs and white flowers. Very elegant and fruity on the palate, with a delicate, pleasant acidity. A long-lasting finish.
