As one of the largest and best-known distilleries in Piedmont, Francoli was the first grappa distillery to have zero environmental impact and to ensure a carbon-neutral footprint. For example, the heat for the distillation process is generated from plant-based fuels. As part of the ‘Impatto Zero’ project, Francoli has also participated in a forest conservation project in Costa Rica, which covers a protected area of 340,000 square metres.

Grappa Gattinara Elvata is aged for several years in barriques, which lends it a particular depth and complexity. The flavour of this fine grappa is intensified by the oak ageing, making it a truly luxurious treat. With an alcohol content of 44% vol., it is robust yet balanced, offering a full-bodied, harmonious tasting experience.
