Osborne Sherry FINO 15% vol. 0.75 l is an excellent Fino sherry from the long-established Osborne house, one of Spain’s oldest and best-known wine producers. With over 200 years’ experience in wine production, Osborne has built a reputation for quality and craftsmanship. Particularly noteworthy is the history of the Bodega Montecillo, which was taken over by Osborne in 1874 and is one of the oldest estates in La Rioja. Osborne FINO Sherry embodies all the company’s experience and tradition and offers a unique insight into the world of sherry.

This Fino sherry is aged using the classic Solera method, a traditional process in which the wines are stored in a system of casks over several years. This slow ageing process gives the sherry its crisp, fresh and slightly salty character. With an alcohol content of 15 % vol., Osborne Sherry FINO is an elegant and well-balanced drink that delights connoisseurs and newcomers alike. Tasting Note

In the glass, Osborne FINO Sherry displays a brilliant, pale golden-yellow colour with a clear, gleaming sheen. On the nose, an intense, fresh bouquet of green apples, almonds and floral notes unfolds, accompanied by a subtle salty minerality. On the palate, the sherry is distinctly dry and light, with lively acidity and a clean, delicate structure. The aromas of fresh nuts and subtle yeasty notes are underpinned by a pleasant saltiness, which is typical of this style of sherry. The finish is dry, refreshing and of remarkable length, which underlines the quality of this Fino sherry.

Osborne Sherry FINO is an ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. It pairs particularly well with traditional tapas such as olives, almonds, Manchego cheese or Jamón Ibérico.
