Tasting Note

The Osborne Sherry FINO shows a brilliant, light golden yellow colour in the glass with a clear, shiny sheen. The nose reveals an intense, fresh bouquet of green apples, almonds and floral notes, accompanied by a subtle salty minerality. On the palate, the sherry is decidedly dry and light, with a lively acidity and a clear, fine structure. The flavours of fresh nuts and light yeasty notes are underpinned by a pleasant saltiness that is typical of this style of sherry. The finish is dry, refreshing and remarkably long, emphasising the quality of this fino sherry.

The Osborne Sherry FINO is an ideal accompaniment to a variety of dishes. It harmonises particularly well with traditional tapas such as olives, almonds, Manchego cheese or Jamón Ibérico. Due to its fresh, dry and slightly salty flavour, Fino is also ideal with seafood such as oysters, prawns or grilled fish.
