Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold with amber highlights.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced, with a combination of fruity flavours, sweet honey and subtle oaky notes that blend harmoniously.

Finish: Long and smooth, with a warm, slightly spicy oak presence and a gentle vanilla sweetness.

Courvoisier VSOP is excellent enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a dash of water to allow the flavours to unfold further. It pairs perfectly with strong cheeses such as Roquefort or Comté and also goes well with dark chocolate or tiramisu.
