Polz Brut Rosé 12% ABV, 0.75 l is an elegant sparkling wine from the renowned Polz winery in Southern Styria, Austria. Founded in 1896, the winery is renowned for its first-class wines, which benefit from the region’s ideal climatic conditions and unique soil composition. Under the leadership of the fourth generation, great importance is placed on sustainability and meticulous craftsmanship. The Polz Brut Rosé is crafted from a finely balanced cuvée of Pinot Noir and Zweigelt, characterised by selective grape harvesting and precise vinification by Christoph Polz.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Polz Brut Rosé presents itself as a light, delicate rosé with lively, fine bubbles. On the nose, an elegant bouquet of fresh red berries such as strawberries and raspberries unfolds, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the Brut Rosé displays wonderful freshness, paired with a delicate creaminess and a harmonious balance between fruit and minerality. The finish is refreshing and long, with a subtle spiciness that rounds off the taste experience.
