The Polz Brut Rosé 12% vol. 0.75 litre is an elegant sparkling wine from the renowned Polz winery in southern Styria, Austria. Founded in 1896, the winery is known for its first-class wines, which benefit from the ideal climatic conditions and the special soil characteristics of the region. Under the leadership of the fourth generation, great emphasis is placed on sustainability and careful craftsmanship. The Polz Brut Rosé is made from a finely balanced cuvée of Pinot Noir and Zweigelt, characterised by selective grape harvesting and precise vinification by Christoph Polz.

Tasting Note

The Polz Brut Rosé presents itself in the glass in a light, delicate rosé colour with lively, fine bubbles. An elegant bouquet of fresh red berries such as strawberries and raspberries unfolds on the nose, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of citrus fruit. On the palate, the Brut Rosé has a wonderful freshness, paired with a fine creaminess and a harmonious balance between fruit and minerality. The finish is refreshing and long, with a subtle spiciness that rounds off the flavour experience.
