Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been on a mission since 2016 to make Korn socially acceptable again. Drawing on their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret this traditional spirit and breathe new life into the spirits scene. Their focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present Korn in a modern context and break down the outdated perception of this category.

This homemade liqueur, known as EggNork, was a staple of every Easter celebration and even accompanied the group to music festivals. Now, the recipe for NORK egg liqueur has been refined and made available to the public. It is made from organic eggs laid by hens whose eggs are unsuitable for retail sale due to their size and which come from organic farms in Schleswig-Holstein.

Combined with high-quality organic vanilla from Madagascar, the result is a liqueur that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Tasting Note

Colour: Cream.

Nose: Sweet, with notes of vanilla and orange.

Palate: Sweet, creamy, fresh, with hints of vanilla.
