The rice used comes directly from local farmers and is of the Gohyakumangoku variety, which is known for its fine, clear flavours.

This Junmai Ginjo impresses with its elegant structure and balanced flavour profile. With an alcohol content of 15% vol., it offers a harmonious blend of fruity freshness and gentle umami depth.
