The Domaines Francis Abécassis distillery is situated in Claix, in the beautiful Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. Since the late 1990s, it has been producing and marketing cognac as a single estate, which underlines the product’s uniqueness and quality. The distillery owns an impressive 280-hectare vineyard, spread across the renowned regions of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois.

It is from this rich tradition that the Leyrat brand originates, which is also produced by Domaines Francis Abécassis. Cognac Leyrat ASSEMBLAGE N° 1 Single Estate Cognac is characterised by a blend of exclusive eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois region, which gives it a unique and refined flavour and reflects the distillery’s high standards.

Tasting Note

Colour: Shimmering gold.

Nose: Sweet, with notes of vanilla and brown sugar.

Palate: Sweet, fruity, with notes of marzipan, summer fruits, orange peel, spices and nuts.

Finish: Long-lasting.
