Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is situated in the idyllic Valtènesi region on the western shore of Lake Garda. This area, praised by ancient poets for its fertility and exceptional microclimate, offers ideal conditions for growing vines, olive trees and lemon trees.

Scolari Prosecco di Treviso DOC Extra Dry is made exclusively from Glera grapes, which are harvested by hand at the end of September. Following gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the grapes’ aromas to the full.

The result is a fresh, lively Prosecco with fine bubbles, balanced acidity and a hint of sweetness. An elegant sparkling wine, ideal for enjoying on cosy evenings as a couple or with friends.

Tasting Note

Straw-yellow in the glass. On the nose, it is fruity, delicate and subtly aromatic, with hints of acacia blossom and delicate mountain honey. On the palate, the wine is soft and fresh, underpinned by harmonious acidity. The finish is long-lasting and elegant.

This sparkling wine is excellent as an aperitif and pairs elegantly with light fish dishes, pasta or risotto.
