- 1x Compass Box THE PEAT MONSTER Blended Malt 46% Vol. 0.05 l: Over the years, The Peat Monster has been able to evolve in appearance and character. Compass Box decided it was time for another mutation. A whisky for lovers of complex, multi-layered peat whiskies.

- 1x Compass Box SPICE TREE Blended Malt 46% Vol. 0.05 l: Compass Box "Spice Tree" is a vatted Highland malt full of spice flavours. The whiskies for the Spice Tree only come from distilleries in the northern Highlands, mainly in Brora. The first maturation takes place in a mix of first-fill and refill casks made from American oak. Heavily toasted French oak casks are used for the second maturation, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile due to the heavy toasting. The second maturation lasts two years.

- 1x Compass Box THE SPANIARD Blended Malt 43% Vol. 0.05 l: The story of this blended malt begins on a trip to the south of Spain, when John Glaser, Compass Box's 'whisky maker', learnt a lot about the local sherry wines. Years later, when he discovered the typical Scotch whisky, sherry became an issue again, as many whiskies are given a finish in its casks. Compass Box THE STORY OF THE SPANIARD is a blend of malt whiskies that have been matured in sherry casks. All Compass Box bottlings are non-chill-filtered and without colouring.

Colour: Gold.

Nose: Cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Flavour: Rich, intense, spicy, sweet, oak, vanilla.

Finish: Langs.

- Compass Box THE SPANIARD Blended Malt 43% vol.

Colour: Light amber.

Nose: Spicy, sweet, ripe fruit, sherry, dried fruit.

Flavour: Soft, of ripe pears, lemon peel.

Finish: Langs on the palate.
