The bottled Bellini brings this world-famous recipe into your home in perfect form – elegant, delicately fruity and full of Italian charm. With an alcohol content of just 5.5% vol., it combines light, enjoyable moments with stylish sophistication.
The original Bellini recipe is based on a precise blend of dry Italian brut sparkling wine and a purée of white Mediterranean peaches. This combination is still prepared exactly the same way at Harry’s Bar to this day. The bottled Bellini Cipriani follows this tradition with the utmost care: The secret to its success lies in the simple and authentic fusion of two distinct flavour profiles – the delicate, elegant taste of ripe white peaches meets the fragrant, lively bubbles of an Italian brut sparkling wine.
